Aspen Ridge is a gentle ridgeline that boasts one of the largest aspen stands in Colorado. From there, you can look out toward Mt Antero, prominent among the 14ers in the magnificent Saguache Range. This peak is named after Chief Antero of the Uintah band of the Ute people. We honor the Ute as the original stewards of this place.

Nested in a remote valley, just 30 minutes outside Buena Vista, Colorado—surrounded by the San Isabel National Forest and rolling hills with views of the Saguache Mountains. Our campus is five acres amid aspens groves with a spring that tumbles into small ponds and rustic cabins that have been recently renovated. Join us for a respite immersed in nature!

Aspen Ridge Retreat is open seasonally from mid-June through the end of September. Reach out if you’d like to hold a group retreat, special event, or community gathering at our place. This is a rustic venue for those who love nature. We have six heritage cabins, a 1400 sq ft great hall and adjacent commercial kitchen in our main lodge, and an outdoor tent for events. We are off-grid with solar power and spring-fed water. Let us help you design the perfect retreat, wedding, reunion, or community event! Inquiries are welcome.
